Manpower Request Form

Submit a formal request for additional headcount in your team. Please complete every section thoroughly — the more specific your inputs, the better the match HR can deliver.

Before you begin: Plan to spend 10–15 minutes on this form. Vague answers lead to hiring mismatches, delays, and rework. Be specific about skills, experience, and the business case.
